ARE YOU OR IS SOMEONE YOU KNOW…
Every woman deserves to have a healthy pelvic floor that functions well. Our osteopaths Deborah Tassi and Aleksandra Zegalski will explain how the pelvic floor functions; how it works in conjunction with the abdominal muscles and the other muscles of your pelvis to stabilize your spine, as well as how it supports your organs and the physiology linked with it.
We will discuss muscle imbalances, and how these imbalances can contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction, and we will focus on conditions such as endometriosis, vulvodynia and incontinence, and give you practical advice, intro to exercises and self care tips to help you get back on track.
At the end of the workshop you will gain:

Our osteopath Aleksandra Zegalski will explain how your menstruation circle works and how to minimize your symptoms connected to it. She will also teach you about early menopause signals and strategies you
