My menstruation circle and menopause: how to deal with symptoms and how to spot signals

My menstruation circle and menopause: how to deal with symptoms and how to spot signals

My menstruation circle and menopause: how to deal with symptoms and how to spot signals

ARE YOU OR IS SOMEONE YOU KNOW…

  • Expecting painful menstruation
  • Doubting what to do with symptoms and how to keep them down
  • Have severe symptoms of PMS, headaches and/or migraines and cramps in abdomen

Unfortunately, teachers at school don’t teach us enough about our menstruation circle and how we can cope with these hormones that are crucial for our normal functioning. Sometimes you don’t get enough
information even from the doctors about what symptoms are normal and what is not. You will go from one specialist to another, and nobody can explain it to you. If you are a woman in your 30s and suddenly you
experience f.eks. pain in the shoulder that is not a result of injury might be a first symptom of decreased estrogen.

Our osteopath Aleksandra Zegalski will explain how your menstruation circle works and how to minimize your symptoms connected to it. She will also teach you about early menopause signals and strategies you
can take to go through it as smoothly as possible.

At the end of the workshop you will:

  • Know your body symptoms better
  • Learn about menstruation circle and how to support different phases
  • Learn successful strategies to help your body to go through different phases smoothly
